Introducation
The flat plate thermal conductivity meter is mainly used to determine the thermal conductivity of refractory fibers, insulation boards, insulating bricks, and other thermal insulation materials, as well as various unshaped refractory materials, with a thermal conductivity of 0.01~3.0 W/(mK) between 200-1300°C.
The flat plate thermal conductivity meter meets the YBT4130 testing standard. Based on the fundamental principle of one-dimensional flat plate thermal conduction, it measures the amount of heat carried away by water in the calorimeter after the one-dimensional heat flow passes from the hot surface of the sample to the cold surface. The heat Q is directly proportional to the thermal conductivity λ and inversely proportional to the temperature difference λ between the hot and cold surfaces of the sample. This instrument calculates the thermal conductivity λ by measuring Q and λ.
The flat plate thermal conductivity meter mainly consists of a heating furnace, a microcomputer control system, a cooling circulating water system, a calorimeter system, and a constant pressure water system.
