Introducation
It is mainly used to determine the thermal conductivity of materials , which the temperature range of 200~1300℃, thermal conductivity of 0.01~ 3.0W /(m·K), such as refractory fiber, insulation board, heat insulation brick and other thermal insulation materials, and a variety of amorphous refractory materials.
According to the basic principle of Fourier one-dimensional plate stable thermal conduction process, the heat taken away by water at the calorimeter after one-dimensional heat flow passes through the hot surface of the sample to the cold surface is measured during steady state.
The heat Q is proportional to the thermal conductivity and inversely proportional to the temperature difference △T on the hot surface of the sample. This instrument obtains the thermal conductivity λ by measuring Q and △T.
The equipment is mainly composed of heating furnace, microcomputer measurement control system, cooling circulating water system, calorimeter system and constant pressure water system.
