Product Introducation
HNJC-T4D is a self-developed equipment for XRF analysis of glass fuses. The sample obtained by the glass melt method can effectively reduce or even eliminate the adverse factors such as matrix effect, particle effect and mineral effect encountered in XRF analysis, and greatly improve the accuracy of XRF analysis. In the industries of iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement, etc., the glass melt sample method has been widely used.
The whole machine design structure is reasonable, easy operation and less manual intervention. Various procedurescan be setted by touching screen. Melting process is automatically completed by one button. User adjustable automatic swing system is designed during the process, to ensure the uniformity of the melt.
The whole machine adopts silicon carbon rod heating method, thermocouple real-time temperature measurement, PID constant temperature regulation, PIC intelligent control, the whole machine has excellent performance in temperature control, stability, operability and other properties, the highest temperature measurement up to 1400°C.
It has great temperature applicability to different sample materials, and the final sample is high uniform and quality. It can meet the needs of customers in different industries for XRF analysis and melting sample preparation.
Application Field
It is widely used in steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, cement, ceramic refractory materials and other industries, and glass melt sample can be prepared by XRF analysis of the sample such as ore, rock, soil, refractory materials, metallurgical raw materials and so on.
