Vibration test benches come in several types, including hydraulic, mechanical, and electromagnetic. They are indispensable equipment in structural seismic resistance testing, natural frequency measurement, and structural vibration analysis. The cost of a vibration bench depends on the size and performance of the bench and the corresponding supporting equipment, generally requiring hundreds of thousands to millions of yuan to build. This presents a significant challenge for many science and engineering universities and newly established institutions. Our company's "JZJ-Z30 Small Precision Simulation Vibration Table System" is specifically designed for science and engineering universities. This system includes all the experimental functions of a vibration bench at a much lower cost, making it suitable for teaching purposes. It allows students to learn, understand, and master the experimental methods involved in vibration testing, laying a foundation for future participation in the construction of large and medium-sized vibration benches.
Besides its teaching applications, this system can also be used for vibration testing of small instruments (such as precision electronic instruments, handheld devices, computer hard drives, sensors, MEMS sensors, and other equipment). Equipped with a standard accelerometer (such as a B&K accelerometer), this system can be used to calibrate the sensitivity and frequency response curves of other sensors, which is essential in engineering testing. Because the WS-Z30-10 and JZJ-Z30-30 vibration tables exhibit significant distortion when operating horizontally, they are not suitable for sensor calibration. The WS-Z30-50 vibration table can be used for sensor calibration.
